N1Node provides infrastructure services including but not limited to:
Dedicated Servers
Virtual Private Servers (VPS)
Bare Metal Servers
Network & Connectivity Services
All services are provided on a best-effort and availability-based model, subject to service-level agreements where applicable.
3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You agree NOT to use our services for:
Illegal activities under UK law or international law
Malware distribution, phishing, or hacking
DDoS attacks (outgoing or reflected)
Spam, unsolicited bulk email
Copyright infringement
Hosting content related to child exploitation, terrorism, or violence
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

Services are billed in advance

6. Service Availability & Uptime
While we aim for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure events may cause temporary downtime.
7. Data Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
Backups of their data
Securing their systems
Compliance with applicable laws
N1Node is not responsible for data loss unless caused by proven gross negligence.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
N1Node shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer in the previous 30 days

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services:
For Terms violations
Non-payment
Legal or regulatory requirements
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
