This Acceptable Use Policy governs the use of all services provided by ORIGIBYTE LTD (N1Node).
All customers are responsible for ensuring their usage complies with this policy.
1. Prohibited Activities
You may NOT use N1Node services for any activity that is illegal, harmful, or abusive, including but not limited to:

2. Resource Abuse
The following are prohibited:
Excessive CPU, RAM, disk, or bandwidth usage that impacts other users
Automated scripts causing instability
Misuse of shared infrastructure (where applicable)
3. IP Address Usage
IP addresses must not be listed on abuse blacklists
Reverse DNS (rDNS) must be properly configured where required
IP reputation is the customer’s responsibility

4. Abuse Handling
All abuse complaints should be reported to:
We investigate all reports promptly and may request corrective action.
5. Enforcement Actions
N1Node reserves the right to:
Suspend services
Terminate accounts
Remove content
Report activity to law enforcement
Actions may be taken without prior notice in severe cases.
6. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
Securing their systems
Monitoring activity
Ensuring compliance with this AUP
Ignorance of policy does not exempt responsibility.
7. Cooperation with Authorities
We comply with lawful requests from:
UK authorities
International law enforcement agencies
8. Policy Updates
This AUP may be updated at any time. Continued service use implies acceptance of changes.
