This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by ORIGIBYTE LTD, trading as N1Node (“Company”, “we”, “our”).

By purchasing any service from N1Node, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital infrastructure services, refunds are limited and conditional.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

  • All setup fees are non-refundable

  • Used services are non-refundable

  • Refund eligibility depends on the service type


2. Eligible Services for Refund

Refunds may be considered for the following services only if requested within 7 days of service activation:

  • Virtual Private Servers (VPS)

  • Shared or standard hosting products (if applicable)

 Refunds apply only to first-time orders and only if no abuse or policy violation has occurred.


3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable:

  • Dedicated Servers

  • Bare Metal Servers

  • Custom-configured servers

  • IP addresses / IP blocks

  • Bandwidth overages

  • License fees

  • One-time setup or installation fees

Once a dedicated server is provisioned, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.


4. Abuse & Policy Violations

No refunds will be issued if the service is suspended or terminated due to:

  • Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy

  • Illegal activities

  • Abuse reports or law enforcement requests

  • Fraudulent payments or chargebacks


5. Service Downtime

Temporary service interruptions do not qualify for refunds.

Service Level Agreements (SLAs), if applicable, may provide service credits, not monetary refunds.


6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting support first will result in:

  • Immediate service termination

  • Permanent account suspension

  • Loss of refund eligibility


7. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted via:

Requests must include:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for request

  • Account email address


8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.


9. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
